These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications and games published by Ransacked Studios (“Apps,” and each an “App”; “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

1. The Apps

Our Apps are casual mobile games and related entertainment products. We may update, change, or discontinue features of any App at any time without notice.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any App or its content except as allowed by law.

3. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, coins, hints, or ad removal). Purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider (such as Google Play or Apple). Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

• All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or the platform’s refund policies.

• Virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the App.

• We may change prices, bundles, or availability at any time.

To restore non-consumable purchases (such as ad removal), use the restore option in the App’s settings while signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase.

4. Advertisements

Our Apps may show ads provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob). Ad-supported features may change over time. If you purchase ad removal, ads should stop according to that product’s description, subject to normal store and technical limitations.

5. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any App in any unlawful way

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with any App’s operation

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use

We may suspend or limit access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. By using our Apps, you acknowledge that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including their names, artwork, puzzles, code, audio, and branding, are owned by Ransacked Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANSACKED STUDIOS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THAT APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at the URL below and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of any App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using our Apps at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue an App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ransacked Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
